So, Kiki's grandmother was the one agreeing to her being on the show.

As for the school thing I live at a seaside resort and I see many many kids here during time they should be at school so it's not just her.

Plus her trip to Australia she may have been asked to do a project on it
Project? I would think she hasn't seen anything of Australia. All she's seen is the inside of the 5 star Versace Hotel and a car ride for a couple of miles down to the "jungle"!

Not necessary of Australia itself just what she did it will still be more than most kids her age get to experience.

And with that she has seen more than many kids her age have seen.

Not it's solved, Charlie's mother was the one giving the green light for Kiki to be on the show. Why does Charlie blame the producers then, the adult responsible for Kiki agreed to it.
Of course one of the family had to consent to Kiki being on the show. The producers couldn't just put her daughter on without any of the family's consent. Charlie's saying that the producers had no right even asking her mother if they could put Kiki on the show.

The responsibility still lays on the grandmother. The producers can and will ask many things, the guardians will decide if it's good for the children.

I think the only way to get around it would be now the celebrities know before they go in they can forbid them to use their children
