Don't know, it looks like they are always a couple of months behind, so they have just released the data up to September. I wouldn't be surprised if it makes no difference to the O2 numbers, they always seem to be very low in terms of complaints to Ofcom.

Another bad day for O2 haters as the results of the latest Ofcom escalated complaints is published.

O2 are still the least complained about operater despite an outage during the period of the survey.

Latest Results: (Complaints to Ofcom per 1000 Contract Customers)

1st with 0.05 - O2
2nd with 0.10 - Virgin Mobile
3rd with 0.14 - Vodafone
4th with 0.16 - Orange
4th with 0.16 - Three UK
5th with 0.17 - T-Mobile
