Hi All,

Came across this today while looking at facebook. For those's that are fans of US Country Music this festival could be for you.. Some big names listed including Carrie Underwood, LeAnn Rimes and Tim McGraw..

More information can be found on this site: http://www.ukcountrymusic.net/2012/1...ndon-festival/

I'm a fan, so hopefully will be better than this years effort at Wembley..

Not sure on prices, but is a whole weekend too, and tickets are on-sale friday unless you are an O2 customer!

Thanks,
Chris

I'm hoping and assuming they'll have some guest stars. Also, Vince Gill does backing vocals on a Carrie Underwood track, so it would be good if he came on on Sunday and did that with her. I''m really hoping Jennifer Nettles makes an appearance with Kristian Bush!

I learnt of VInce Gill through the Crossroad Guitar Festival that Eric Clapton runs to raise money for his Crossroads Drug Rehabilitation Centre in Antigua. The man plays some mean guitar

Did anyone else on here go? My highlights were Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Darius Rucker and Carrie Underwood (obviously!). The suprise for me was LeAnn Rimes, she was amazing! Has goosbumps during Borrowed and her acapello of Amazing Grace.

She is going to be in my area on May 4th, but tickets to see her are so much! Not that she isn't worth it, she is, but when you don't have the money.....

God bless you and LeAnn always!!!

Holly (a day one fan of her)

Ah, that's a shame. She was so much better than I thought she'd be.

Annoyingly I only heard about this when Simon Mayo played one of Little Big Towns songs from their set on the way home the other night. If i'd have known about it I would have tried to get tickets. Oh well maybe next year.

Apparently it's a limited number of 'early bird' weekend passes at this years prices that go on sale tomorrow. Although putting tickets on sale without announcing ANYONE on the bill is irritating. At least with Hard Rock Calling et al they'll announce the headliner knowing that hardcore fans of that act will snap the tickets up without really worrying about who else is on the bill.
