Yes you can For only $4,99/month, free 7 days trial (no credit card required). Check this link: Unblock-Us.com

I highly recommend this service that I use since february 2011. I sound like a guy promoting their service, well, I am, not that they asked me, but I run a blog in French about Netflix and it's definitely the #1 service we recommend.
You also can access Hulu and other "US only" websites.

Cheers!

question about the unblock-us thing, can you get it to work through an xbox 360 at all? I only watch netflix stuff on my big TV through the 360. I know I can change the dns settings on my 360 but that will effect everything, not just netflix...

(i'm at work at the minute and our proxy doesn't allow me to look at the unblock-us site :P)

Simple answer is Yes.
All Internet traffic on 360 will go through Unblocks server, but you can easily change back to Auto DNS settings when your not using Netflix if wish.

Unblock-Us allows you to change Netflix region for example, but you will be signed in with a UK XBOX Live account, so you will have access to the English XBOX Live stuff except that the Netflix app will take the setting of your Unblock-Us region selection

What a very interesting addition to this thread you provided! I'm beyond stupefied................

There's a difference between being paid by a company who ASKS you to post fake review/comments/ads etc...
And a person who likes a service, posts about it when the topic is adequate, and who will get extra bucks if by any chance people subscribe (for 2 months) through a particular link.

Like I mentioned before, I'm a part of a team who runs a blog about Netflix for more than a year now, we recommend Unblock-Us because we think it's the best service for all the Netflix/Hulu and other website stuff. We could promote another service and get money for it. We don't, cause we promote a service we like to use, not for money.

Now if you're jealous, you know what you have to do.
