will.i.am (God, that's hard to type) and Britney Spear's song Scream & Shout
They've outdone themselves, this song is supremely generic. It's catchy though, but could do without Britney Spears sing-talking with a creepy British accent, she sounds like a Bond villain who moonlights as a DJ.

I was unsure about it at first but I have to admit I like it. Britney's British accent is quite funny though and I thought she pulled it off rather well. I would have liked to have heard more of her than will.i.am on it though.

Worst song of the entire year, hands down. There will be nothing worse. This makes Starships look like a masterpiece. What is the song even about? They are all throw away lyrics. So sad.

Its pretty generic. It might get hits just because Britney says 'its Britney bitch'

Needs remixed though, its just vocals over a beat that doesnt build or go anywhere. Its not even particularly minimalist.

Britney isn't doing a London accent though is she. As far as I can tell she sings one line in the backing track. The rest are samples.

Laziest woman in pop. She can only manage one sentence critiquing the acts on X Factor USA and now one line of a song and she gets full co-credit.

instantly hooked to it, probably second fav song at the moment (behind BRUNO MARS), and she does look FAAAAAAAANtastic in it too

will.i.am has done songs great songs over the last year or so, not so mad on THIS IS LOVE though .....

will.i.am uses samples a lot, but in this song the only bit that's sampled in this song is "Britney bitch" from Gimme More. Unless there's something I'm missing.

Out of all will.i.am's songs, I think the one with the most samples is Fergalicious, it samples like 5 different songs.
