well i do,i am fed up with getting personal insults wen peeps dont agree with you.
dont you think it should be about having a laugh and a joke somtimes.
some people think every thing you say is an attack
when a lot of the time its ment as a joke.
but people just dont get it,a forum is a form of ********** get away from all our worries,so have fun as well as debate.

and i did say debate

Maybe, but what you have to remember is that some people feel very defensive towards the acts that they are supporting and feel the need to defend them from, in my mind sometimes quite appalling, personal attacks. Just because it is a forum is no excuse to lose any manners you might have (not you personally) - surely you wouldn't talk to someone like that to their face so why do it on the internet?

If by seriously you mean being overly protective and defensive towards performers who have all proved publically that they are capable of looking after themselves, then 'yes', some do take it too seriously, hence the petty squabbling we've seen lately.

After all (and it is difficult!), all you need to do is ignore the comments you don't like.

If however you mean keeping it in all in perspective and using the forum for debating, having fun, sharing your favourites success with like-minded people, and even sharing a bit of harmless teasing - without having to worry about how and when you post, and having to explain everything in case you inadvertently offend, then I hope people DO take it seriously, so we can allenjoy it again!

I thought it was a bit strange that the X Factor forum was still going so strong a week after the programme had ended but I had a little foray into some other boards earlier and couldn't believe that the BB board was still going strong and saying exactly the same things as it had the last time I visited when it had ended!

I am an adult.I stood in front of a cash machine today and said 'thank you' to it. Maybe the stresses of the season are getting to us all just a tad.......even here.

Someone flashed their lights at me yesterday and I thought oh my God, I've not got my lights on. And I was walking.
