Turning off Nexus 10 lights?

Is it possible to turn off the back/settings button lights on a Nexus 10?

do you mean the softkeys ?

some apps will automatically remove them - for example during video playback.

Im guessing there may be an app available to force them to hide as that is a feature on my MK802 .....

Yeah, the softkeys.

Its the first thing i turned off on my S3, but i think it was using the samsung settings.

I can't see a setting for it on mine.

That said, you do know they aren't "lights" in the same way as the buttons on the S3 - they are onscreen buttons on all current Nexus devices.

They aren't physical buttons on the tablet that are backlit, they are displayed on screen instead - like in this screenshot.
