Will Nicole be shown the door at the end of this series?
It seems to be widely agreed that Nicole has been the highlight of this series, I think it would be a great shame if she was pushed at the end of the series, especially if it's just so Cheryl Cole can come back!
I don't think Simon is to fond of her though, he was quite rude to her a few times during American X Factor and apparently only got the job this year as no one else wanted it. I'd like to see a Louis, Danni, Nicole, Simon panel. |

I won't be happy if she is let go just so Miss Cole can make a come-back.

I hope not, she has been the only one with a sense of joy, the rest have been a dull lot.
As for Danni's return, no thanks. |

I'd just dump Tulisa and move forward with a Louis, Nicole and Gary panel. The Louis, Nicole & Simon panel worked extremely well in 2010 (in my opinion better than any panel that had gone before it) and American Idol got a bit of a boost when they went from a 4 judge panel back to 3 judge (although they've now gone back again).
I don't mind Cheryl coming back, but I imagine a lot of the thought behind it is to strike up a rivalry with Nicole. Simon has already made it clear he wants Nicole back, but I guess it will be dependent on Cheryl. I do fear that if Cheryl does come back on the same panel as Nicole then Nicole will be shafted with bad edits etc, and she might come across as a bit desperate because she seems to like Cheryl but Cheryl hates her (and has done long before X Factor). |

As annoying as she is with her constant rambling, I think she will survive the clearout ready for next year
Tulisa is the one in most danger, she really hasn't wanted to be there ever since Ella left Whether she is pushed or will walk we'll have to see |

Even Simon Cowell has more sense than to let her go over Tulisa just for Cheryl!

She is probably the most popular judge this year.
It's very likely she'll be back but as with Kelly, it's her choice. |

Was Cheryl really that popular in 2010? I remember that was the year Dannii started winning most of the polls, not only online but in magazines, etc.
If Cheryl does return the ratings will probably rise for a few episodes just out of hype but it won't do anything long term. I'd prefer to have Nicole over Cheryl. |

I hope not, if Cheryl is to return it should be Tulisa to go.

I think Tulisa is more likely to be given the chop.

She has been a revelation and is widely regarded as the most popular judge this year. Cheryl is a pale imitation imo. Dont want to see her return.

She's been popular with most of the viewers this year. Simon will likely take that as a sign to axe her and bring back Cheryl Cole:yawn:

I'm not sure if I'm honest it will depend on the other judges.
If Simons back she should go because he intimidates her so she'll be back to the boring terrified US Xfactor judge. If Mel B is on the panel, I can't see Nicole being back because two big egos on the panel wouldn't work cause one would have to go or hush up. Cheryl would refuse to work with her too but I could see Cheryl asking for Tulisa to stay so she was the 'top female' on the panel, plus I think they'd get on great. Gary probably won't be back, he's too serious and just annoying but I can't see who could replace him except Simon..well maybe Robbie but that would be unlikely. Louis will be back, theres no point in kidding ourselves otherwise. I hope Tulisa jumps ship. This year has destroyed her image and next year she needs to try relaunch/save her and have a major PR clean up. Unless Cheryls back cause I think they'd get on great and she might liven up and be the Tulisa from last year. I want either Simon - Mel B - Tulisa/Emeli Sande - Louis or Simon - Cheryl - Tulisa - Louis |

Cheryl returning and Nicole leaving the judging panel? That would be the worst decision ever. Nicole is funny, she's brought some life to the panel and comes out with some really funny stuff. She seems genuinely nice as well.
Cheryl has no personality whatsoever and would be boring on the panel, like she was in her 2008-2010 stint. |

Nicole will only go if Cheryl decides to come back. Cheryl won't return whilst Nicole is there. But Simon would also like Dannii back, so I recon it will be ...
Dannii, Nicole and Louis or Cheryl, Dannii and Louis I don't see Gary coming back and Simon says he can't be in two places at once. Tulisa won't return. Were I a betting man: Dannii, Nicole and Louis |

I think Nicole and Mel B would be great together. They're actually friends so they would have no problem getting along. Plus, I think having Mel B on the panel would make Nicole a little more fiesty and less sappy.

Nicole could easily slot back into being the younger female with an active career role- shes basically the American version of Cheryl anyway. Thats probably why Cheryl is threatened by her. Another name to throw in could be to have Alesha Dixon on the panel and to re-bridge the gap between BGT and X Factor, but again she is very similar to Nicole. |
