Um - not really. I was a total XF fanatic until a couple of years ago. These days - if I am not going out - I tend to watch Merlin on the other side and then switch over for the highlights!

And so - I can't say I have really bonded with any of them this time round - and the idea of three rather boring generic male singers fighting it out this Saturday is leaving me quite cold. For me now - the most fun is keeping up with the live forum here!

No - because I have no interest in any of the finalists as artists. Moderately interested to see if all the leaks about Christopher leading the voting week after week turns out to be true - and a part of me wants him to win, but for all the wrong reasons. I also have no desire to sit through Emeli Sande and 1D - so at best I may Sky+ and fast forward the bits I don't want to see (which may be all of it except the result).

To an extent as it's the finale, but this is probably the least excited I've ever been about one. & At least Rylan will be back at the end so that's something to look forward to.

I am more excited about the final than last year as my favourite (James) is still in it. Hasn't happened since Olly Murs in 2009. There seems to be a lack of buzz about it in the media this year though, or is it just my perception? On the whole I enjoyed last year more as a series though.

Not very interested at all. The main problem this year was the choice of acts chosen by Borelow and co. Rylan delivered as a joke act and Union J delivered as a reasonably diverting boyband but the rest were entirely tiresome. The idea of the final with these three left bores me to tears.

My favourite is still there (which hardly ever happens) so ill be watching. It seems to be a quieter affair in the press than say 2010 but I'm kinda looking forward to it anyway.

No, it's been the worst series ever. I will have a good laugh if Maloney wins though.

No - it's all very predictable - with Maloney winning and collapsing in a shakey fit at the end. The other two will do the best performances of their lives but the gutless public will just vote CM because they think Chris loves his Nan. Pathetic really.

^^^^^This.

I'll probably record it to ffwd through later to confirm the inevitable then delete before Chris dissolves into a shaking soggy heap. What a dire year this has been for XF.
