My o2 genie SIMs have not arrived yet...

I thought I'd take advantage of the o2 genie SIMs as they were free. However, after ordering a moth ago, they have not turned up - are they likely to turn up at all?

I ordered four in November too...

I got two on Wednesday with a little starting "Remember those FREE sim cards you ordered...well they're here." so maybe their stock is low?

Don't give up hope yet!

I received mine few weeks ago. I got a letter saying that stocks were low along with them. I got 4 sims, when i requested 6.

Yep we had same problem. They are crap at sending stuff on time. Ring them and complain. They have probably got lost in the post. They have never sent any to us via registered post, always just normal post!! We had a list of numbers that were on some that went missing and even a month after they dissapeared they were still active, so I dont think O2 really care how they are delivered or not

I think I may s-d o2, and go straight to Orange.

I know for some its hard to understand, but customer service is the most important thing for most people. Life is just too short to be waiting around for services to improve or be delivered on time.

Orange do offer very good Customer care and call quality is far superious to O2's part digital, part analogue network.....
