Speaker / Amp advice

Hi there,

My current Tv has crappy, tinny speakers. What I did today was connect RCA out cables from TV into my Guitar Amplifier, and that improved things no end.

But, I don;t want to have a great big guitar amp in my front room.

So, what I'm after is a small amplifier / speakers that would take RCA Red White inputs, but won't break the bank (so soundbars probably out then?). I don't seem to be able to refine a search well enough on shopping sites to get what I'm looking for - or maybe what I'm looking for doesn't exist?

My guitar amp is 20W.

Any advice anyone

Exactly - just plug a pair of PC speakers in the headphone socket.

Ta, PC speakers it is then. They seem powerful and small enough.

Logitech are one brand worth looking at. I use a set of their speakers with my desktop computer. Comes with a small subwoofer / amp which is hidden under the desk and left and right speakers either side of the monitor.

I bought a 2.1 package from Morrisons for £20 for the TV in the conservatory, never heard of the make before but they sound 10 times better than the speakers in the TV. Definitely worth the £20 I paid.....

Maybe have a look at Soundbars which go by your TV

http://www.richersounds.com/products...kers/soundbars

But it might cost a bit more.
