If you pre-book tickets with Cineworld, do you HAVE to print/collect them off there?

I would much rather pre-book online and be sent them via post because my local cinema's machine always seems to be out of service.

I was thinking of pre-booking 'Les Miserables' but wasn't sure (never ever pre-booked cinema tickets before).

Yes, you have to collect them from the cinema. You don't have to use the machines though, if they're broken/out of printer paper then you can go to the regular box office counter or you can also collect them from the concession counter if the main box office has a massive queue.

I normally find the bar is the quickest place to go to buy or collect tickets.
