I contacted this company to enquire about their services and gave them all the info they requested and I received a automated reply saying they would contact me shortly......days later after hearing nothing I contacted them again.....still nothing so I emailed the chief executive. Lo and behold within 5 mins I had the Chertsey Franchise on the phone....and a email
After reading some more on this company I am very glad that I did not use them they do not allow you to meet the carer or disclose their whereabouts, they insist on picking up your dog and delivering him back at a cost of £30 and they come to your home for an initial assessment also at a cost of £30....also if they ignore new customers what chance does the dog have......Lucky escape I say!! I have since contacted a company called Home from Home and with them you get to meet the carer in their own home...with your dog.....and if your not happy they will refund your deposit in full.....oh and yes you dont have to sit on your well earned break worrying about where your dog is!!! I will post back once I have used this service......fingers crossed hopefuuly with a positive review
