Wouldn't be too confident. The article looks pitched to suck in sympathy support and it is a vast circulation newspaper. If Chris can perform to his usual standard (and whilst many think that's a poor standard, many have been happy enough with it to have voted him clear of the bottom two for nine consecutive weeks) then the voice scare will have gained him extra support whilst hardening existing support.
