It's my first year living in London, and I'm looking forward to joining the race to find a copy on Saturday morning!

Any other subscribers get theirs today? Take a look!”

She and the rest of the Gangsta Granny stars were on the front cover of the current RT, so I don't reckon she will be, despite there being numerous dr who covers recently

Thursday was mentioned earlier by a.n.other I'm sure, for subscribers.

Saturday in the shops ?

It's only a couple of days either way, and will still need a mega marking up session !!

I've just been doing some Scan tests on the one that arrived today, I like to keep a pristine copy, before and after marking up.

I did it via a digital camera last year .

I also received the 14 to 20 Dec edition in the post this morning (NW/Yorks/NE edition). It wasn't due until Thursday so a bit surprised. Probably won't be in the shops until then.

It says the Double Issue is on sale from Monday 9 December.

Is this the part where those of us not in London start to get annoyed that people are getting their copy of Radio Times First? Grrrr

The miranda picture is very random then.

Well, ITV have a very weak line-up this year. Downton and Soaps is all they really have to offer.

2nd January has Birds of a Feather and Benidorm at 8:30pm and 9pm respectively though!

ITV very cleverly placed Downton at 8.30pm and just didn't budge. Midwife wasn't doing well against Corrie last year and the 8.30pm news bulletin on ITV against its last 15 minutes helped bump its average up. If Midwife can't beat Emmerdale on overnights the way Doctor Who always does, then you have to question if it works on Christmas Day.

Not pretty much confirmed then as according to DS Tangled will now be shown Christmas Day afternoon instead of the 50 best Harry Potter Moments!

Difficult to judge the quality of the lineup without being able to take in the whole festive period. Judging purely on what we can i think there have definately been better xmas night offerings.

However, as long as i can fill up my hard drive with plenty of good films and festive specials i am sure I'll get by.

I think years like this always miss a big sitcom christmas episode in the ilk of Miranda or Gavin abd Stacey. Especially as i am not a great fan of Mrs Browns Boys.

Look forward to Outnumbered though. I believe that is on. Any news on when? Will it actually be christmas special?
