Not sure on last few weeks, but so far the series is quite down on season 1.
Started out down a lot from series one but stayed consistent. Then got totally messed up by baseball interruptions. Came back lower again but has been consistent since.
It's rating a good bit behind The Voice and it's nowhere near American Idol. But it's the #1 show on FOX at the moment, usually leads them to win Wednesday nights and by any normal standard is doing well.
It's a mixed bag but I'm not sure they'll ever get away from the Idol comparisons so it'll always seem like it's doing badly by that measure. But whether it's beating the top 5 shows on TV won't determine whether or not the show gets renewed.
