They were right.
His mum was always very supportive of his singing, not sure about his dad. He has lived with his nan for over 20 years that I know of.

Who knows, it could be anything, maybe his parents are unwell?....maybe his parents just did not want the media attention?......I know that if i had a child in that show i would not want to be anywhere near the show or the media
I have a very gifted daughter who sings incredibly well, plays piano, plays classical guitar as well as electric guitar, and being that I am a very bias mum, i think she is actually very pretty as well. But i would hate for her ever to be on the likes of X Factor
