I do think they've let him down in a way. Jahmene obviously has an amazing voice, potentially, but it seems like everybody just accepted that he's this untouchable finished article when he's not. So instead of coaching him on how to be more disciplined and control his voice to hit all the notes, they just let him do whatever. I think he's pretty much the same as he was in his audition, when he could be better
