I hate the "stadium" final
Rather like the fact that I don't like the audition rounds any more now they're in front of a theatre of baying chavs, I really don't like the final being in a big stadium.
It's probably ok if you're there but this show is much better in a studio. Partly because the sound quality is so bad and partly because the atmosphere just feels all wrong. |

Yeah, I hate the sound quality. And all over the wide pan shots they do of the audience.

I'm sure Sky started this with its Must be the Music final at Wembley Arena in 2010.

I'm not a fan either. It all feels a bit barn like and the acoustics are pants.

I like it. And it gives so many more people the chance to see it live. It was a real show, even Maloney was acceptable.
