Curious as to see who everyone thinks topped the vote for each week and who was close to the bottom 2.

Personally I believe Ella topped in the first few weeks but then a mixture of a load of the other contestants made the top spot (James, Jahmene, Union J?)

Lucy Spraggan one week. Rylan never. Union J never.

Well known Chris topped the votes most weeks, hence the frenzied media campaign against him to get him out. Which didn't work - ha!

I think it'll be a mixed year

Ella for, say, the first 4 weeks. Janet Devlin-esque.

James once or twice. Jahmene once or twice.

Nobody else.

Ella first few, Jahmene the majority of the weeks since his 'story' was revealed, James once or twice and I reckon Christopher maybe a couple. But I think Baloney will have been in the top two, or at least three, for pretty much the whole run.

1: Ella
2: Chris
3: James
4: Chris
5: Jahmene
6: Chris
7: Jahmene
8: James
9: Jahmene

I think there could be a Lucy somewhere in the first few weeks, and Rylan/District3/Union J could have one week of being close to the top.

Chris 7 weeks in a row and possibly more. They said no one else had as many consecutive weeks so well done Chris. Can't wait to hear how many Arthur got this week while Chris's number was unobtainable. Smell a rat? Not arrrrf!

If the stories about Chris aren't true, then I'm guessing Lucy first week, then Ella for 3 or 4 weeks, then Jahmene the rest...

Lucy the first 2 weeks. Christopher for a while.

Imma say Lucy will be consistently top 3.

Matt Cardle had 9 in a row and there are rumors that Steve Brookstein had 8.

I think Rylan got the most votes the week he did the Spice Girls, and also very well the week he told Gary that he used to be fat.

Chris 2-9 weeks

I would like to think Lucy topped the vote one week and all the stories about Chris topping are incorrect. Then I think Ella 1/2 weeks, Jahmene also 1/2. I would love it if Rylan did one week aswell!

Maybe James topped the week of Motown. Maybe Ella might have sneaked in one of the weeks, and even Lucy, but mostly I think the top were shared by Chris and Jahmene most weeks, with Jahmene clearly going to win this now.l

I believe the rumours about Chris topping. Remember they came out in week 2ish, everyone expected him to be next out so it was a bit of a bold move for the Daily Star to publish the leaks. And then of course for it to be backed up by him sailing to the final.

I would say, Chris in the first or second, Ella maybe 2 times out of the first 4 weeks, District 3 at least once, and our winner at least once. Not sure if James and Jahmene will both have topped weeks.

Jahmene most of the time. Chris near the top, James probably since Motown week (then Jahmene for At Last), and maybe even Union J one week.

I reckon
Week 1 - Chris
Week 2 - Lucy
Week 3 - James
Week 4 - Chris
Week 5 - Jahmene
Week 6 - Jahmene
Week 7 - Union J
Week 8 - James
Week 9 - Jahmene

I think James may have been a bit in the shadow of Lucy in the early weeks: both played guitar but Lucy did her own songs and came over with a lot more charisma.

Chris is one of those who wouldn't have gained that many votes as the contest went on. He appealed to those who like that style of music so he may have done well in the voting.

I reckon Ella was high most weeks until the one in which she went out. Sadly she and James fell in the bottom 2 on the same week. The theme that week was Guilty Pleasures and they both did reinterpretations of classic songs. I think doing that is generally disliked by the public, much that the judges seem to love it. I can't think of a time in the past that doing that has really worked - there may be a touch of individuality but generally the public like the songs done in the regular way. It's rather obvious to me that Jahmene or Chris topped that week. I did actually place Ella bottom in my rankings that week, and stated that I hoped she wouldn't go out because it was just a one-off for her. Sadly she did.

I think District 3 may have topped the rankings the week they did Dynamite, by the way.

I think Jahmene is probably storming it to be honest.

Chris top from week 1-7, then James week 8 and Jahmene week 9/10!

Not sure about the other weeks, but i think James has probably topped the votes after being in the bottom 2.
