I always watch xtra factor and yes it is a bit childish but it's just a bit of fun. Having said that I can't stand Keith Lemon. (or any of his previous characters) He always tries to take over and a comedian who finds himself hilarious just puts me right off. Why do people always make the stupid comment though that you must be old when you don't like someone like him.

That business with the gifts of promoting calendars then giving mugs with Christopher's face on them to Louis and Tulisa was yet another nasty dig at Christopher.
For goodness sake he had already been voted out, did they want to crush him completely? That back-handed bullying of one contestant and shameless promotion of another all the way through ruined this X Factor series.
Caroline Flack in particular has thoroughly enjoyed the campaign to be vile about Christopher not to mention Tulisa's nastiness about him.
Louis Walsh saying the right two are in the final just proved how much he didn't care about his groups this year.
Olly has been good and fair but he needs a new co-presenter for next season or get a better quality presenting job.
I am older and not a fan of Keith Lemon but occasionally I admit he has me laugh. He does take over the show when he is a guest and that is what annoys me about him.

The audience were annoyingly rowdy over the weekend. So many times I was thinking: "Shut up! I want to hear what Caroline/Olly/the caller is saying!!".

Good post. The blatant and unrimmitting bullying is amazing to the point you wonder if the victim is paid to be on there for this exact purpose. They must have at least worked out that the contestant is sufficiently balanced, so they will be able to rise above the spite and not end up in a very dark place?

Just because someone doesn't like what they see as puerile drivel on that show doesn't mean they don't have a sense of humour or that crass assumption is that they must be old.
It's not a question of age, everybody is different, what people find humourous or funny is merely subjective.
