Basically despite being a great dancer, she is not very nice.

She seems very nice in the dancing show, which is all that matters.

I completely agree with that on all levels - she is a great dancer but she comes across as very cold and false, and her constant begging for votes drives me crazy.

It seems that people are paying more attention to what is said in these talk shows than to the dancing. Maybe next year we should do without the dancing show and just have a discussion panel.

And I cannot see why so many people have their knives into James. I go purely by what I see in the dancing, and he has done extraordinarily well with at least two intelligent, experienced and classy women - Denise and Cherie Lunghi. If they like him I am prepared to think well of him.

Oh well, at least it won't be as bad as that clumsy cricket player winning - that really was a low point for the show.”

How can you say that if anyone does not like D & J it is a silly fad? Do we not have a right to have an opinion on who we like? So next time if I do not take to one of the dancers, at least I'll know, that the silly fad will soon pass and I will then:yawn: like the same person as you. .

Her performance always seems very West End to me.

Exactly because she is used to dancing. I still maintain she shouldn't have been a contender

The lack of warmth just may be that plastic grin and being unlucky in coming across such a genuine group of people in the final

i do too. basically she's been in the entertaining business, dancing, singing, acting etc... her whole life. she's had much training for each role over that time and so she had such a massive head start over the others. it's quite simple logic really. she's good..but there's good reason why she is.

How is she in any way relevant...you' d struggle to call her a zeleb ?

Then there is just this "professional" feel to her, like this is the kind of thing that is bread and butter to her as part of her career training.

Then there is the fact that people probably feel they 've gone on a journey with others which they haven' t with Denise.

And she has rubbish legs.

I don't dislike her at all but she does come over as rather false and her constant begging for votes makes her look desperate and I find her too robotic in a lot of her dances. Plus she has not only performed in the West End and acted but she has also been a judge on a number of Lloyd Webbers shows, including her husbands. I think that gives her a unfair advantage. So it is an accumulation of things for me and none of them are because I dislike Denise.

Strange that! Since her Ballroom is far better on the whole than her Latin (which is closer to stage work than Ballroom) !

I liked her at first but it was very clear all the way through that they were pushing Denise- trying to get us to vote for her. Then just when it looked like she was about to go out they decided on a four-way final... That's when I stopped liking her. I know its not her fault but it just felt like the show was holding my hand, telling me that's who I should vote for and forcing me to watch clips of them over and over... I never want to hear "She deserves to be in the final", " He forgot the dance/my foot got caught lolz" and of course " Im not a trained dancer, the others have background too!" Its unfair I'm being victimized, wah wah wah. Give it a rest will yah' love.
