Does anyone know who chose them?

Lisa & Robin - cha cha and tango - both danced before
Kimberly & Pasha - cha cha and tango - both danced before
Denise & James - jive and quickstep - one danced before
Louis & Flavia - rumba and tango - one danced before
Dani & Vincent - quickstep & charleston - one danced before
Nicky & Karen - samba & AS - neither danced before

Does that seem fair??

He could be easier to learn 2 new dances in a fusion than to incorporate a learned dance in a new dance fusion.

The whole concept of fusion dances was great though.

Agree, great fun. The show needs to introduce something new in each series to keep it fresh.
