I only joined Orange purely for the Sky Sports TV swappable, but what a let down it's turned out to be constant freezes, picture break up and pixilation coupled with a very very poor picture quality that makes it virtually unwatchable and a total waste of money - I've tried e-mailing Orange to complain but they just ignore the emails, any suggestions who I can escalate my complaint to as I'm not getting the service I pay for?

I somehow doubt you would be getting very far. On their own website they say "Swapables are extra treats ...". And treats doesn't sound like you are paying extra for them. Unless you actually only had one swapable included in your Panther plan, took Deezer e.g. and then paid extra for Sky Sports TV.
