wether she deserves it or not is missing the point, when your a 'celebrity' and you allow your boyfriend to film you performing a sex act on him you are putting yourself in a vulnerable situation, she shouldn't of been so stupid, she put herself in that situation, when you act foolishly sometimes there are consequences, if she didn't want to be in that situation all she had to do was tell him to put the camera away........

She had the sex tape released amongst other negative personal life press, she had a disasterous performance on Britain's Got Talent, her music career hasn't set the charts alight and shes sat there quite miserable on the panel this year, being completely upstaged by Nicole in every way possible.

She also had the Kelly feud last year with many people siding with Tulisa and turning on Kelly, but she seems to be getting on with Nicole so that aspect has been completely removed. She didn't have the best category to get involved with either.
