Cheryl Cole sues USA X Factor
Anastasia333

It has been announced that Cheryl Cole is suing X Factor USA for a few millions, requiring payment for, among other things, flights, makeup artists, dressing advisor etc, etc, etc.

It seems to me that this will instigate a(nother?) backlash against her, deservedly.

Surely by doing this she is only drawing attention to her shortcomings, ie, her inability to perform live or write her own material, her physical appearance, which has always been heavily promoted rather that her musical talent; I refer to her heavy reliance on fakeness, such as her hair and eyelash extensions, heavy makeup etc.

It's not even as if she needs the money; she's hardly a pauper is she? She seems to be launching this claim as she feels her artistic integrity, of which she has none, has been compromised.

Laugh - I nearly started.

What I LOVE about this situation, is that it has been reported non-stop that her secret meetings with Cowell meant she is returning to X Factor UK.

Nah... just suing. ahah.

Didnt she get paid a handsome sum- for only doing two shows work. Surely that covers her expenses.

She signed a 2 year contract that stated she was getting paid whether or not she judges both series'. She hasn't been paid for series 2. Seems pretty fair to me. I'd do the same even if I had millions in the bank.

My point is though that by doing so she is only highlighting her shortcomings.

Unbelievable - she was lucky to get the break but clearly she wasn't up to the job.

However it smacks of a publicity stunt - releasing this the weekend of the X factor final when she left the US show 15 months ago.

Perhaps Simon will sign her up to replace Tulisa - with a £1.5m cheque!

What a fragile, bruised ego she must have.

All together ... Aaaahhhh.
