I hate to say it but sharons got it so right!! i dont know why she should be sacked for speaking her mind. She doesnt like steve and doesnt rate him as talented. She is more than intitled to that opinion. Steve is highly over rated by loads of u out there and cant really sing anything but ballards. Anyway anyone that calls his gf a trusty volvo is a little odd!!

Steve was asked backstage, in a not -so-serious conversation, what car his girlfriend was most like and he said volvo, as he can rely on her. Sharon took his comments out of context in an attempt to discredit him.

The poor mods are going to have their work cut out in the holidays by the looks of it.

Sharon showed what the music indusrtry is truly like, with her rant at Stweve on the last show. All she was interested in was ensuring that people would remember her well from the last show, because her talent went out first. In fact her rant at SB actually showed a disrespect for the people who voted for Steve, the people who helped to pay her wages by ringing in each week.

Yes we are all entitled to our opinions, but for me Sharon showed the tacky and tasteless side of the entertainment industry.

I'm more of a VWS fan than a Steve or G4 fan..although congrats to them both for doing so well. I thought Sharon was abit OTT when speaking about Steve and a bit unprofessional. But I think she seems the type to just say something how she sees it, no matter who that annoys. I'm not saying thats right or wrong though. I don't want her to be sacked, I think she still has a lot to offer future X Factor contests.

Whether Steve's an authentic soul singer or merely singing in a soul style is open to question and interpretation.

What the hell does it matter what Ozzy sings or how good he is - he wasn't in the competition or have I missed something.

I have two takes on this.

1. What she said was very nasty, and unnecessary for the final. She said it in a malicious way, but whether or not it was purposely said at that time I dont' know.

2. She is entitled to her opinion, whether or not it's nasty. It's what she's there for, to comment on the contestant and their song - which is what she did.

I think what she said was fair, but she picked an inappropriate time to say it.
