I think the Tellymix article might be in regards to his worldwide sales?. According to the numbers given by the OCC each week, he's isn't near or over 1.3M copies sold in the UK.

Yes it's WW sales as he hasn't outsold 'Hallelujah' in the UK.

Such a shame... He has a lot of fans. It's only you, I and a few others who comment on his AT.

We need him to release some material, that will get people talking but he won't release anything until the XF tour is done. So nothing until the end of Feb.

Platinum? That's brilliant. How many other X Factor singles have achieved that?

Probably most of the winner's singles as it is 600K sales for a platinum single

It should reach Double Platinum, if Syco bothers to certify later this year.

Meanwhile, "Impossible" reaches #2 this week in New Zealand!

The song has now been Top 2 in FIVE countries.

"Impossible" down to #29 in the UK. Sales around 12-12.5K.

Won't post more UK info until we get exact sales details, maybe when it reaches "Hallelujah".

When do you think James will announce his next single? I'm getting restless! When does the XF tour finish?
