Every year I say the same thing, if someone says it one more time I will flip. Every time a question is asked of Tulisa, Rylan or Gary (insert any name here actually), their response starts with...."you know what?" No, I don't know what, that's why the question is being asked. Has anyone ever met what personally?

Unfortunately it shows lack of vocabulary
I feel the same when people say "basically" or "amazing" (eg Fearne Cotton) all the time

How can you not notice it, it's at the beginning of pretty well every response to a question

It's an Americanism Simon Cowell started to use and now everyone says it. Gary is the worst.

They have yet to pick up on his "And I'll tell you why ... "

Gary's nearly always started an answer with that - it isn't only on XF. I think its just a habit.

The phrase that was really is over used by the judges this series was "You made it your own."
Especially annoying when some of us TV viewers thought they butchered it.

And "at the end of the day"

Ya know what? I've been on a journey. At the end of the day it's been a rollercoaster of emotions going forward.
