Facebook problem, unable to login.
I hope someone can please advise me I'm unable to login to my facebook account, when I try I get a blank white screen and the url at the top says facebook.com/checkpoint.
My account isn't suspended, I have done scans, changed password, deleted cache, cookies, tried accessing account from mobile phone and it will not let me in.
I should add my son has accessed his own account from the same laptop with no problems whatsoever. Facebook don't seem to reply to any emails I send.
I feel like deleting the account but of course I can't do that without logging in
Help appreciated.

Try a different computer to see if you can get the page to load.

Checkpoint would make me think that it's asking you for some kind of verification.

I've tried another computer and still no access. No help from Facebook whatsoever!

Sometimes they clean them up a bit and you can't get in until it has been serviced. I've had it happen to me once.

How about getting Facebook UK's phone number and ringing them?

From what I can see on the net, it looks like you've been locked out of your account for too many attempts.

u cant even ping fb at the moment very strange its like the whole domain has dissapeared!

i ended up on some random screen was working fine pressed a couple of weird buttons on the page then it all died and got page cannot be displayed and tried pinging it and not recognised instant reply

Thanks for the replies guys.
Just heard from a friend that she's having exactly the same problem, unable to sign in and getting the blank white page & the facebook.com/checkpoint url.
There seems to be nothing that can be done other than wait and see. There's no contact number and no replies to emails.

if you enter the ip adress that replys with a ping it says server not found hmmm
