It's no secret that I think she should have gone by now.
Craig's interests aside, she is now the worse dancer left - even her fans would have to acknowledge that.

Talk of "famous lifts", "the Public want us" and her frequent referencing of both the Final and of winning make me wonder at her awareness of how poor her dance talent is, relative to the others.

At least Ann & John knew they were the worst, and had the grace to realise that they shouldn't win anyway.

BIB - I do like the comedy element of the show with dancers like that but for me, it will always be about who has actually learned to dance the best whilst on the show. I also love the pantomime baddie the best when watching panto but I don't want him/her to get the upper hand

I want Lisa to go now (I wanted her to go out this weekend), but do we really need another Lisa thread?

I assume they all think they can win now (particularly if they haven't been in the dance off), and of course it's not about dancing alone, but the public voting.

Sorry if my point was too subtle for you.
This thread is not about people voting for her regardless of her dance talent, it's about her thinking she has dance talent and should win. Better?

Frankly, if you survive until the the semi-finals stage, even if you are a crapola dancer, surely it's justifiable to think you are popular with the voting public? Otherwise how do we explain her not being in the bottom two?

I completely blame the voting public (and partly the judges for not pointing out Lisa's weakness and handled her with kids' gloves week in week out) for being SO BLIND. I don't and can't blame her at this stage, though I don't like her dances and don't want her to win.

Hmm. This is more a conjecture then? And I thought you are being rational...

She should've gone two weeks ago imo.
Bit miffed she fessed up to going wrong in the dance fusion,
yet Craig still scored her two marks above Nicky.
No wonder she thinks she's got it.

Lisa thinks she could win? Of course she does. She's getting through week-by-week and is one of only three couples to have not been in the dance-off.

John Seargent correctly had similar thoughts - his way of dealing with it was to quit.

You can't blame the celebs for where the judges/public place them...

Yup, it's another 'LL and LDM are the same person' moment

The truth of it is that Lisa's got more reason than most to believe she can win, as she's clearly getting hefty public votes that lift her out of the DO every week. Just whether they're big enough to get her to the glitterball nobody knows, but we do know that the final decision rests with the public and that the public as a mass body love Lisa.

I'd start thinking twice about the number of anti-Lisa threads you post LisaC (and I know it's frustrating that she's dragging the first name we all share through the dirt )...otherwise you'll end up in a FM subgroup with TerryM22

No need to get offensive (read up on how to treat other forum members), and no it's not better and not very different from any other anti-Lisa thread.

How do you know that's what she thinks? She definitely has the right to assume that the public are voting for her (they are!). Have you got any link where she states that she is the best dancer left?

IMO she is the worst dancer left, but there is no evidence that she thinks she is better than the others.

Ah, I'll missed that. Haven't seen very much of you this year. How are you hon.

I don't want Lisa to go any further, but by now it would be very fake of her to pretend that she doesn't know about her public support.

Next week, we probably have Kimberly versus Dani or Denise in the dance off. Lisa will go through. Maybe she will even win it, it's best to get used to this now.

I think its inspiring for Lisa to have confidence in her own abilities and to strive for the ultimate success of lifting the glitter ball, what a fabulous standing ovation she would get in her moment of triumph.

Louis thinks he can win too and he is far from the best left in the show. Do people have a problem with that also?

The judges have not ignored obvious flaws, Len in particular has reiterated that Lisa must improve upon her technique and her footwork, posture and tendency to lead has all been critiqued negatively. I don't know why people get the impression the judges never point out Lisa's technical weaknesses

However, technique is only one aspect of dancing. I have faith in the British Public that come final night the celeb who does best all round will win.

4 threads posted on any subject ever, 2 with Lisa in the title.

Any other instructions you'd like to give me?
Should I just post on threads you've started?

But we can only know what we think, what a pointless thread.

I think Lisa has been kept in this long because of the fun element, larger lady and her improvement over the weeks. Now we are down to the last 5 I think she will be the next out. She has definitely proved that you don't have to be stick thin to dance well. So good on her for that.

Two words: Chris Hollins. He was a horrendous winner. Not a cr*p dancer per se, but definitely not the 'best all round'. Not even close.

Much as I like to have the spotlight on myself, it's the other Lisa that I wanted to discuss.

Look, I like Louis as well (and have been voting for him and Dani in this series), but starting a thread based purely on conjecture is one thing, but being patronising to those who disagree with you will not help you with your quest to 'get rid of Lisa'. Unless, of course, you are a secret Lisa fan and is drumming up support ulitising reverse psychology. In that case, I think you need professional help. I really do.

I think he was the best all-round. Ricky may have had better technique, but Chris out-performed him, had better interpretation and Ola and Chris's partnership was a stratosphere above the other couples.

(Edit to add: Lisa is no CH though )

Treat other people on here with respect, and the spotlight may be less on you.

The fact is that this thread wasn't really necessary. It's a bit of a non-topic and could have discussed in other threads.

I'm not a Lisa fan (I liked her at the beginning), her presence has been grating for quite a while now, but this could have been discussed in the Lisa needs to go thread (in fact it has been discussed in there). Otherwise, we might just as well start threads with "Shockingly, Lisa will be in the semi-final", "Lisa has been training for the finalm, but she shouldn't be there" or whatever.

I don't think that she is good enough to win but good luck to her if she is motivated to do her best.
