Fair enough, I've never studied dance myself so sometimes the improvement is hard to recognise if it is subtle. The 'going through the motions' struck a chord though. especially as he seemed to have such potential early in the series, I think that is why I enjoyed watching him then (when 'going through the motions' is understandable) and not so much now.
What name??

I disagree I think Kimberly, Dani and Louis are all improving visibly but he started off from a lower performance base. Both the girls are better than him at the moment but if he continues to work he has a slight chance. I'd like to see all three in the final but I think he might not make it. If a dance off with Denise then he would be toast as the judges clearly have a preference.

As to Lisa I think if she thinks that she can win that is up to her. It is good to think positively. Chis Hollins won so it's possible - although unlikely. It is not her fault she was not in the dance-off, it is not her fault she is popular, it is not her fault if more talented dancers go because of that. The judges and audience decide who goes not her.

Should I just post on threads you've started?”

God, no thanks, not unless you have something to say that isn't a Lisa rant

50 per cent of all the threads you've started seems a lot - and that's before we get onto the bile you've spat about Lisa in posts on other threads which FMs have picked up on.

Don't get me wrong, I've posted the odd ranty post calling for Lisa's removal as well, but I don't do it in every thread regardless of subject...

I would love to see that moment Terry. It would really be emotional.

2 is a lot? well it's a lot when you're marking Nicky & Lisa, I'll grant you.
Given the abuse you've given me both about starting this thread and about posting, it's a bit strange that you've bumped my thread back to the top again, by posting in it again, to abuse me again.
Why don't you start a thread about something interesting instead of spending your day looking for ways to insult me.
Can't think of anything original to say?

Which is not an unreasonable thing to ask of someone really....

Lisa hasn't really improved since week 1, but then neither has Denise.

Dani (my favourite) hasn't improved a great deal, like Denise she was a good dancer to begin with. Same can be said of Kimberly.

The only real "journey" in my opinion has been Louis.

Craig's interests aside, she is now the worse dancer left - even her fans would have to acknowledge that.

Talk of "famous lifts", "the Public want us" and her frequent referencing of both the Final and of winning make me wonder at her awareness of how poor her dance talent is, relative to the others.

At least Ann & John knew they were the worst, and had the grace to realise that they shouldn't win anyway.”

this probably wont go down well but when louis speaks, calmy, understated, no talk of finals or winning but just trying to do the best that he can after yet another magnetic, balletic dance that has grace none of the others get near to in my humble opinion, i feel such respect. the boy has class and i would dearly love him to win

when lisa, after yet another stodgy mistake laden dance overmarked and praised for enthusiasm by craig because she is in his commercial tour and he wants to tour with the SCD winner, starts her machine gun patter about famous lifts, our public, nation love us, so near the final, winning etc i find myself agreeing for the first time in my life with sean connery's comments about some women need a good slap. can you imagine the size of her gurn afterwards?

bring on the what a great person you are yada yada yada comments. some of you feel the same right?

Good job nobody appears to feel the same way regarding people who don't understand the need for capital letters isn't it

See everyone, violence towards women CAN be justified now and again.

Okay, I'm not a fan of Lisa but people are allowed to vote for whoever and it doesn't bother me.

But that is beyond ridiculous. Why waste money voting on anyone, yet alone the technically weakest dancer, just to watch them perform a 90 second routine, and then vote again 150 times another weekend.

I'm sorry but it's irritating and I don't think it's a fair way to do it.

I'm not stopping you, but it seems a ludicrous thing to do, and I wish you luck when the phone bill comes along.

I'm not condoning violence towards women - but DS is no place for criticism of language skills. How is such judgement related to Lisa's Strictly performance?

When has she said she thinks she can win? Your post offers no insight into that and is just another generic Lisa bashing thread

Unfortunately, positions for criticising the thread, telling me I shouldn't have dared post it or indeed anything else have already been allocated for the day. Try again tomorrow.

Punctuation, rather than language I think.

The casual acceptance of violence in the post was offensive. I am entitled to comment on that in any way I see fit, whether or not it comes under the parameters of the thread title.
