whilst I realised Richard was all over Erin, there was nothing sexual in it he was just too touchy feely , add in the sexual component and if Lisa had been a man what she was doing at the beginning of the show she would have been thrown off the show

And I also remember Sid making comments about Ola but he did not cross the same line once that Lisa crossed with Robin many times

I think that it is always good to have some perspective, I don't see that Lisa has done anything wrong.
