New channels

I have been told that BT are now transmitting some new channels on BT Vision such as "Nat Geographic and History"
if this is true how do I receive them?
Do i need a software update?

Thanks Stew,
It was BT Technical Services who told me that the new channels were now available.
The left hand doesn't know what the rights doing in BT.

Its a bit misleading at the moment. There has been lots of puff about BT Vision getting these channels yet at the moment the only evidence is in the VOD area, where there are programmes etc from these channels. The "proper" linear channels must be almost ready to launch by now...
