How beautiful is her new single? By far her best ballad to date in my opinion. Heard it last night on XF for the first time. Amazing!

I think it's boring. I was so pleased when she went into 'We Found Love' on XF.

I love this song. But I am a bit surprised they used it to follow Diamonds. They should've used one of the high-tempo songs like Jump in-between to provide more variety than having two mid/slow-tempos in a row.

i loved her live version on the x factor. i too thought an uptempo track would follow up `diamonds`. `right now` was top 30 on itunes for almost a week and that seemed to me the likely next single. however, this is doing well now after that performance and its well deserved too.

Awful song, not keen at all. I prefer diamonds personally i would have liked an upbeat song as the next single.

I'm so glad this is her next single. It's so stripped back and Rihanna's voice really shines here in this song. I'm glad the buying public love the song as well. This is her best ballad to date.

I'm relieved she is doing midtempo after midtempo. Her single choices with TTT were so predictable - uptempos after uptempos get boring after while. Her next single after Stay is more likely to be Right Now or Nobody's Business which are uptempos.

I actually really like this song, I wasn't that keen on Diamonds with her singing it - but I really love Stay.

Really happy this is doing well. Just goes to show that Rihanna can produce some lovely ballads. It also gives her a chance to show her vocals off as well.

Very pleased this is doing well. It'll be brilliant if she can get 4 top 10s out of this album.

I'm sure Right Now will go high in the charts, and Nobody's Business should do well too.

I doubt she'll release Half Of Me but that could do amazingly well too.

It's a sweet song.

Who ON EARTH is Mikky Ekko though? The song just dosen't work as a duet to be honest, it'd be so much better with Rih on her own.

I'm shocked at how well this campaign is going to be honest, from what I've heard of the album it's really not good! I'm also surprised she released Stay but it does seem to make sense now (especially after the medley on the X Factor Final!).

As generic as it is, I think Right Now is some of Guetta's finest work and think it would be massive around this time of year (given how well Who's That Chick did). Hopefully it sees a release before February, and Jump deserves a bit of a mention too!

Bottom line is Stay was a massive risk and I can't believe it paid off!

I think it was the SNL performance to be honest. People who saw it really seemed to take to the song so they put it out there for everyone and it worked, a bit like Someone Like You. (On a MUCH smaller scale obviously.)

I didn't even know she performed on SNL! Missed that. I wouldn'tve thought it was big enough over here to make a difference, even so it's insane not complaining!

I think Nicky Romero and Akon did most of the work in making Right now tbh.

I don't think it will do that well in the charts either tbh. Jump would be a bigger hit, it has a broader appeal.

I really like this song not sure it works as a duet Mikky Ekko comes in half way and it sort of ruins the flow prefer the solo version i have seen her perom live. I think the two straight ballads is an aim i guess is to give her some credibility like look she can sing ballads rather than just sex style uptempo's.

This. I was impressed. She normally sounds like a car crash in motion.

Ive been loving the album since i bought it and i liked stay but since hearing her solo live performance (which she sounds stunning on) of it ive become obsessed with it its beautiful and you can really hear the emotion in her voice. I hope like SLY she releases the live version instead.
