EE - Ian and Denise... I'm going to get told off for this! lol
Tonight's episode, Denise and Ian, the whole Europe thing about the fruit.... Seemed kind of flirty to me?
It didn't seem like Ian's normal snide, horrible way... the way he smiled at Denise after calling her a 'Loser'. I don't want to be one of these people who starts up a thread willy nilly as soon as someone so much as smiles at one another, but there just seemed like something there that wouldn't normally be between Ian and Denise. Please be nice to me

I'm not crazy on this storyline, though Denise must be the most wasted opportunity in soaps.

It seemed flirty to me too! I mean Ian and Denise are not 2 pepole you'd ut together but it kinda worked. I dont think TPTB are going that way though if shes gonna do it with Raymundo. Shame it would have been interesting!

I think that Ian is interested. I don't think that Denise has been told yet that she is also interested

Didn't Ian misunderstand the signals Denise was giving him once before? Or maybe I imagined it.

.... although I was quite surprised how Ian-like he suddenly seemed, compared to how he's been since his break down.

I actually really quite liked Ian's smile to Denise when he called her a 'Loser' in the market.

I don't like this, its as if Ian's breakdown has been forgotten. No more mention of counselling and a missed opportunity for a wiser, more sympathetic Ian.

Unfortunately soaps do tend to 'get over' certain SL's rather quickly
![]() All Shirley had to do was say she'd help him, and he's fine. Before he gets drunk and burns down the Vic |

I love their scenes, I normally don't like these feud type SLs but they make it work. However I think they should become friends, it would be nice to see a male/female friendship that doesnt result in a relationship.

anyone agree
it happens every time . Ian is always on his knees by the end lol. Who knows maybe Denise will be his fifth wife at some point? I know Ian is desperate to break Henry the VIII's world record of six wives.

Yes, Denise helped Ian out with Bobby and a friendship blossomed. He didn't have any feelings until he overheard her saying he was cute (she was actually talking about Bobby). So, at Bobby's birthday party, he tried to kiss her and she rejected him. I am not sure if they spoke since until this new story came along.
