But the guy is so versatile, he could (if needed) provide cover practically everywhere.
The only problem I see is that he still wouldn't be the answer to our lack of a quality holding player..unless Mikel or Romeu can make the step up in class.
If we bring Lukaku back, a world class striker along with Demba Ba should be enough. A part exchange deal with Torres should suit all parties concerned.
I still can't see why we can't bring back Courtois to share the keepers role with Cech..other clubs have done it in the past.
In a year or so, Courtois is going to be one of the best in the world, and I'm afraid we may lose out if we don't get him firmly established as a Chelsea player.”
Lujaku is not ready for us yet, He not even a starter in the West Brom side yet, Yes he very different to anything we have and be a great player to have on the bench, But that will only make him go backwards as a player and leave in a season or so, Its much better to keep him on loan at the moment. He enjoying where he is, Learning lots and from a manager i trust to look after him. I can see him really coming into his own and becoming a truely great player in 3-4 years, Thats when we need him.
Coutois wants to play week in week out and as a goalkeeper he needs to, Cech is still in very good form and with so few senior players around at the moment and more then likely have less next season we still need him as a number 1, Again he doing well where he is, Enjoying his game etc, Lets leave him where he is, Yes it more of a risk as we have little in terms of back up in that dept but would rather us get a decent keeper to sit on the bench then a world class keeper to sit on the bench and see him walk away
