Bought a game, did not get it.
Hi all.
I topped up £10 to my giffgaff account for the purpose of buying a couple of games from nokia ovi store. I went to the store on my phone using wifi, and "bought" bejewelled 3, it was supposed to be £3.00. Leaving me with £7.00 credit for other games or apps. Anyway, It got to the end of the download and it told me there was a problem with my payment method (paying using my credit) and that the purchase did not go through. Checked my giffgaff account and I now have £3.45 credit left and no game! I emailed the support email from the ovi page and got an automated email back from nokia saying they would look into it and get back to me, I have been waiting almost two weeks now and no word back. Has this happened to anyone else? How long did it take for it to get resolved? did they give credit back or give you the game/app? Thanks. |
