Not sure about the individual scores (I do think that the only one to get an 8 or lower will be Lisa though), but I agree with your leaderboard and public vote, although I think Dani and Kimberley could be the other way round in the vote putting Denise in the bottom 2 with Lisa.

I do agree with the individual scores, they're a bit ambitious, I don't think we'll see as many 10s as I anticipate to be honest

Only going by the training footage so far, I doubt Dani will score that high in her AT. Louis may not do as well in his jive, but will do a fab Foxtrot - with quite a few 10s.

All these seem to assume that Lisa's (supposed) 1st or 2nd place in the public vote will hold up this week. I don't think it will: the dances will expose her cruelly, and I suspect that some of those who have voted to keep her in so far will now desist, because they recognise that the other four will provide a better final.
I think she will be in the dance off and will leave, but I don't know who will be in the dance-off with her.
