Back and Restore s3

Ok so as Kies is so c**p please can someone recommend the easiest and most efficient way to backup and restore my S3.

If theres one thing I miss about my iPhone is without a doubt how easy it was to backup and restore.

I bought an app called MY BACKUP PRO off the Play store when it was on offer.

I have backed up although I cannot comment on the restore yet but a lot of the people that have given feedback have and say it's good.

All my photos and are backed up to my free 50gb worth of Dropbox as well automatically.
