UK at top of mobile data uasge in the world
The UK uses the most mobile data in a survey by Ofcom weighing in at 424MB Japan was 2nd (392MB) and the United States into 6th (319MB). Global average was 92MB.
Im not sure if O2 customers managed to get anywhere near that on GPRS Awaits Wavejock jumping to their defence ![]() http://www.mobiletoday.co.uk/News/23..._data_use.aspx http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/bin.../ICMR-2012.pdf |

Averaged over what? Total population? Total mobile phone user base? Total smartphone user base? Or what?

Between my company phone, my own and my iPad I use about 10Gb a month of mobile data. Probably be much less if they didn't count upload as part of the allowances.
