she was at her best in reveal week. if they have no intention of putting her back with phil they shouldve concluded it when she left last time.
When she left to patch things up with Carly, that should of been her ending. Leaving EE to allow her to put things right with one of her kids, something that had haunted Shirley throughout her journey on EE. Everything came full circle for her as a character. But now, urgh.

it shouldve been a better exit than that if that was the case. i wouldve preferred her to have been in an accident or something and thats why carly came.
She's only been back a couple of weeks....who knows what plans they have for her ( if any ).

I'm sorry, but this is none of her business. She has never had any plan of turning Phil into the police, so she should move on, and not try and 'punish' him.
