She has been the significant female adult in Lola's life since she arrived in the square so of course it's her business. She's not just going to stand by and watch him ruin more lives.
She should have turned him in before she left but didn't. Now it's too late, she would just be seen as the bitter ex with an axe to grind. All she can do is watch and wait...Phil shouldn't get away with this.
