Actors/Actresses whose movies you AVOID?
Are there are any actors/tresses whose films you avoid because you know they're probably going to be bad or their acting just ruins it?
I know that I won't watch it if: Julia Roberts Katherine Heigl The Rock Sarah Jessica Parker Mainly because I know that they're gonna be crappy, cheesy and mediocre. |

Another vote for Danny Dyer.
Ordinarily I would never let the fact that a certain actor I may not like would stop me from watching a movie if it had other merits, or other reasons why I may want to watch it. But I have seen a few Danny Dyer movies, and I really could not imagine wanting to watch anything with him in again...he really is truly awful and simply cannot act...he specialises in swearing and punching people, and that's it. And almost every week I seem to keep seeing films turn up on the DVD shelves with him and another non-entity called Tamer Hassan...always crime/revenge/vigilante orientated stuff with pics of them holding guns on the cover and looking mean. And they always seem to have completely by-passed a cinema release, and probably with good reason... |
