How many Christmas dinners do you eat in December?
Already this year I have had several turkey and ham dinners from work Christmas lunches as so on. You'd think it would make the big event on Christmas day less special but I don't think it does - nothing beats my grandma's Christmas dinner

There is space for only 1 christmas meal a year in my life! When I was working and had to attend several of these December meals, I used to pretend I was a vegetarian if the only other main course on offer was turkey.
If there were other options, I always went for one of those and chose accompaniments to suit. On the other hand, I could eat Xmas pud several times a year - and often do! |

Just one. One roast a year is enough for me.

Probably none.
No works dinner this year because of cost-cutting Will probably on my own Xmas Day so not worth the hassle. I'll treat myself to a nice steak instead Not a huge fan of turkey anyway |

1 for me, even on meals out I avoid a turkey dinner opting for other things, I like to savour the thought of Christmas day and my turkey dinner with all the trimmings

One today with friends who are away for the next two weeks, one at my sisters and one Christmas day.
Not quite as bad as Geraldine having 4 in one day in the Vicar of Dibley.

I don't think I'm having one at all this year. Work do got cancelled. And my family don't do turkey and stuff - just a bit of a fancier roast with a better cut of meat.
I don't really like turkey, but I'm a bit miffed not to be eating it

Planning on 2-3.
Not sure the works party counts as I had the beef option. My inlaws on Christmas Eve, they go out to other family on Christmas day. Then over to my mums on Christmas day. |

I'm only having one - on christmas day. Sadly I'm not going to any christmas parties, that said there's more to look forward to on the actual day itself! I was always somewhat disdainful of people who chose not to have turkey at Christmas parties but I can understand it now. Save it for the 25th.

Just one.
If I go to an event that has a xmas menu I have the fish option. We also usually have a couple of birthday meals in December too so we make sure we avoid places that have a xmas menu. When I'm going out for a meal I want something special, not a turkey dinner. |
