Sean Pauls diction
Am I the only person who thinks his diction is appalling?
I can barely ever make out what he is saying. Leona Lewis' is quite awful at points as well but she's a lot more clearer than him. |

His music wouldn't be the same if he pronounced every english word correctly, it's part of his charm. You don't have to listen to him.

No one is as bad as Sia. She could mumble her way through a song and I wouldn't know the difference.

I agree about Sia's diction. I can hardly make out what she's singing in the verses of "Titanium".

fits the music imho.... no problem with it, in fact if he sang clearer i dont think it would suit his material.

Sean Paul sings in Jamaican Patois.
Though a lot is the same as English, it has many local and variant words - enough to call it another language, similar to Indian English. On-top of that, Sean Paul has a thick accent. |
