Sean Pauls diction

Am I the only person who thinks his diction is appalling?

I can barely ever make out what he is saying. Leona Lewis' is quite awful at points as well but she's a lot more clearer than him.

His music wouldn't be the same if he pronounced every english word correctly, it's part of his charm. You don't have to listen to him.

I like his music! Even though I can't understand most of what he says..

No one is as bad as Sia. She could mumble her way through a song and I wouldn't know the difference.

I agree about Sia's diction. I can hardly make out what she's singing in the verses of "Titanium".

fits the music imho.... no problem with it, in fact if he sang clearer i dont think it would suit his material.

Sean Paul sings in Jamaican Patois.

Though a lot is the same as English, it has many local and variant words - enough to call it another language, similar to Indian English. On-top of that, Sean Paul has a thick accent.
