Which pro was the bravest with their choreography in the semis?

For me it was pasha by a mile....

That American smooth felt so different to me from anything I had seen in strictly before. Normally I think pasha's choreography is excellent but this dance had such razzmatazz. I thought it also showcased Kimberley's strengths. The charleston was also brave with all those lifts.

I thought Vincent was brave with the arg tango but a bit safe with the first dance. Same with Flav - neither blew me away though which I think is because jive wasn't Louis's dance and the foxtrot didn't have the right music to do anything particularly wow with.

Robin just seemed to do stuff that he alway does with Lisa

Really loved James's choreography and thought he was particularly brave with the tango which seemed to have really intricate steps.

For me, kimberley and Denise were the highlights tonight as they went out there and sold each dance. The other three suffered in some form from nerves/lack of wow factor.

I don't think Pasha choreographed the Charleston, the pros get outside help with that. And the AS was beautiful, but that sort of lyrical, almost rule-breaking AS has been done before by both Artem (with Kara) and Aliona (with Matt), so I didn't see it as being so novel. Kimberley was my favourite tonight though.

I think Vincent was the bravest, giving Dani an AT that was packed with content and started off without the music, and she pulled it off really well.

Yes Pasha took risks with the AS as it was 'out of hold' for so much of the dance and there were lots of lifts in the charleston that could have gone wrong and disrupted the timing. So he gets my vote.

James's choreography was second best although I didn't feel anything from either of their dances, which disappointed me.

Lisa's lack of technical prowess let her and Robin down and as this hasn't improved this over the weeks I have to lay some of the blame at Robin's door; choreography and skill run together. Their AS was better than the salsa though.

Hated Louis's jive. The foxtrot was better and it felt as though Flavia put more into that than the jive.

Most disappointed with Vincent. The AT didn't wow me and that was the dance clearly given more time over their AS. They could have produced a much better AS which would have improved their score.

Pasha is a true artist. When he's too rickety to dance, he'll still be an amaing choreographer. He's always creative, the story-teller, the one who puts character into the dance. Soooo, Pasha for me. Easy
