When do we get to see The Kate Bush video with the white dress? - That's what I remember watching when I was small!

Is it me or is Automatic Lover reminiscent of Mary of the 4th form ?
Mr Beau agrees with you

Yes.

Even when I was a child I detested Chanson D'Amour.

I only discovered Walk In Love about five years ago and liked it almost straight away.
I have the original LP

Yeh I discovered it in the last decade as well. Should have done better at the time, .
Indeed. It only got to Number 12 which is a bit bad when you consider how well the awful Chanson D'Amour did in comparison.

Automatic Lover by The Vibrators.

Not quite as cryptic as Turning Japanese by The Vipers.

That's a great video, much better than the one in the field.

Wuthering Heights totally lacks atmosphere with the TOTP orchestra.

Kate looked unobtainable and the epitome of cool from day one, that was surely half the appeal.

That 30 minutes passed mighty quick, I could do with another half hour of that!

I very much hope the 12 year old me watched that episode and enjoyed it as much as the 47 year old me just has,

I missed not having the ending and maybe her free from the piano to move about more, but her live vocal made up for it perhaps.

Great episode, weakest point for me was the live version of Fantasy.

Another good episode. Best for me was Gerry Rafferty then Elvis Costello.
