I doubt it did. Wonderful record. What TOTP really needed was a feature giving exposure to these big American hits, possibly hosted by the King in New York, Jonathan King. Of course it eventually happened. Trying to remember when - 1981?
Thank goodness they didn't do this back then, retrospect is wonderful isn't it! After all, if that had been the case, we might have had no showable old episodes left! I imagine JK is back on the blacklist, after all the furore elsewhere, despite his BBC apology over his 1976 edit out.

That thirties/forties revival in 1976 was bizarre - I'm still not sure what the trigger for that was ...
Would this have included Loving you will make me bananas by Guy ...?
