Exactly when are people going to learn Julia's theme is not important character leaves or an exit theme. It was rarely used for exits back in the day but episodes where the duff duffs were not appropriate.

Haha! I think we could have the first three pages of the forum filled with Zainab threads and it'll still pale into comparrison of the 'Sharon Returns' reaction! That was hardcore! It was quite amusing.

I agree, every time a relatively big character announces they're leaving I see people shouting JULIA'S THEME. I love it when they use it in episodes, I don't want it to be the standard exit theme song every time someone who's been in the show more than a year or so leaves.

Agree that an exit can always be modelled to suit Julia's Theme, regardless of how they leave. Neither Peggy, Ronnie, Zoe or Ricky left on particularly happy circumstances but their exits were clearly deliberately modelled to fit the theme and it worked for them all

I like the character.. And the actress but I think it would be fun to down play her leaving.... She always seems to "leave" diss appear for couple episodes then turn up catching massood doing something she frown on....
It would be good if she left... Then massood like oh she not come back??? Lol never going to happen. Think she will end up going to live in midlands with syed, Christian, amira and jasmin.

Who knows , but she deserves a good exit. She has been an asset to the show, no doubts there.
Im not her biggest fan at all but she is a very good actress.

I think this will open the floodgates, and some big names will be leaving in 2013 . I expect to see at the very least the exits of Kat and Alfie. Possibly Linda Henry will call it a day as well.

I don't think she has really done enough/had enough of an impact to deserve a Julia's Theme. It's only supposed to be for people who have really changed/improved the show (Peggy, Ronnie, Ricky, Jim, Stacey etc.)

None of the SL's Zainab has had have really been just her own, even. She has just been involved, as a part of her family. Chryed have actually made more of an impact, and they didn't get a Julia's theme.

They need to stop giving them to characters that probably won't be that well remembered in 10 years, it ruins the idea of it. They're supposed to be reserved for special people.

Julias theme is alternative theme when the duff duffs are,not appropriate. It has nothing to do with one character being more important than another nor is it an exit theme. That is the meaning of the theme according to the person who created it.

It might have been originally, but I think it has evolved over time. It's my opinion, you don't have to agree with me.
